INTERVIEW HOMETOWN WITH MY SENIORS

Hello guys.. I want to tell you about my interview with my Senior in English Literature department in My University that is University of Gunadarma.

I interviewed Syarah Firdaus who I met in campus H University Gunadarma in Akses UI street is my senior in University Gunadarma. Syarah Firdaus that now a second grade in class 2SA03  who also joined the organization BEM Literature. She Told me about her hometown in West Sumatra that is Padang.

and Padang very far from Depok with 16 hour trip with use bus

" The situation in there nice, comfortable, peaceful and then the traffic not jammed like in Jakarta" she say.

Tourist Attraction in Padang which can visited : 

1.      1. Jam Gadang

         Jam Gadang (literally "Big Clock") is a clocktower and major landmark of the city of Bukittinggi, West Sumatra, Indonesia. It is located in the centre of the city, near the main market, Pasar Atas. This clocktower has large clocks on each side and was given the name "Jam Gadang" and its her favorite place to visit.

 2.      Jembatan Siti NurBaya

               Siti Nurbaya bridge is an iconic bridge whose name is taken from a story phenomenal paper writer named Marah Rusli West Sumatra . Bridge Siti Nurbaya in Padang offer views of soothing the eyes , dotted with timber ships passing by during the day , a beautiful sunset in the afternoon, and culinary tours are full at night , causing the viewer bridges Siti Nurbaya seemed endless every day.

1.      3. Pantai Air Manis

               Aie beach Manih or familiarly known as Sweet Water Beach is one of the tourist attractions in Padang most famous . This beach is famous for the legend of Malin Kundang and believed to be proof that the legend is real . Malin Kundang story itself tells about a boy who does not recognize his own mother after he became a wealthy man . Then Malin Kundang was cursed into stone , and the stone is in Turkish Aie Manih ( Sweet Water Beach ) . As well as the stone Malin Kundang , this beach also offers beautiful scenery with Mount Padang as the backdrop, and the waves were safe for beach tourism .

1.      4. Museum Adityawarman

               Adityawarman Museum is the most famous museum in the city of Padang . Museum was built in 1974 in addition to already become an icon of the city of Padang , has also become one of the tourist attractions in Padang that must be visited . Briefly , Adityawarman Museum Taman Mini is his city of Padang . The museum is located on the land area of ​​2.6 hectares, this is the place to store and maintain various types of historical objects city of Padang , in order to preserve the distinctive culture of the city of Padang to grandchildren .
